As many women in our community know, traveling alone in your 60s is a double-edged sword.

On the one hand, traveling solo gives you the flexibility to see the world on your own terms. On the other hand, you have to be on the lookout for dangerous situations and people that might want to take advantage of you.

Fortunately, with a little planning, it is absolutely possible to travel safely when you are on the road alone. I’d love to share a few safe travel tips and hear how you approach solo travel.
